Nigeria passport photo FAQ
What size is a Nigeria passport photo?expand_more
A Nigeria passport photo is 35×45 mm with a plain white background and your head taking up most of the frame (about 70–80% of the height). SnapAm sizes and crops your photo to these exact requirements automatically.
How much does a Nigeria passport photo cost?expand_more
SnapAm charges a flat GHS 10 per photo (billed in Ghana cedis; your card is converted to your local currency at checkout). You get a high-resolution digital photo plus a printable 4-up sheet you can print anywhere.
Will my photo be accepted?expand_more
Before you pay, we check your photo against the official Nigeria standard (NIS and ICAO): head size, eye position, background, lighting, and expression. You see the results up front, so you can submit with confidence.
Can I use it for things other than a passport?expand_more
Yes. This is the standard Nigeria passport-size photo, so it works anywhere a passport photo is asked for, including visa, job, school, and government applications.
Can you retouch or smooth my photo?expand_more
No, and that's on purpose. Passport and visa offices reject photos that have been edited, beautified, or skin-smoothed. We fix lighting, background, sizing, and crop to meet the standard, but we keep your face true to life — that's exactly what gets your photo accepted.
